Seal of tribal support

To achieve this seal, a company, its leadership, and its employees must think, believe, and act in a way that supports indigenous or tribal communities.

Live Forever Young believes that NO ONE SHOULD BE LEFT BEHIND.

Live Forever Young is committed to establishing principles to promote and support tribal communities and indigenous peoples.

LFY opposes any form of discrimination based on origin, tribal affiliation, skin color, language, or dialect and is committed to spreading this idea and inspiring companies, associations, and cooperatives to join in supporting tribal communities, creating opportunities for indigenous peoples, and fostering inclusive social environments where indigenous communities can thrive, find pride, enjoy inclusion, experience respect, and build a healthy and happy future with dignity. We also expect this social commitment from our contractual partners. The code of conduct listed below serves as a basis for establishing common ground between our partners and us in our thoughts and actions. The implementation of and adherence to these codes of conduct and the code of conduct in this document is the basis for establishing or maintaining business relationships with Live Forever Young and leads to the use of the 'Seal of Tribal Support'. Companies that join this mission and implement policies and partnerships with and/or employment opportunities for indigenous peoples will receive the use of a 'Seal of Tribal Support' after review by Live Forever Young and after signing this 'Commitment'.

  • 1 Basis of the business relationship and use of the 'Seal of tribal support'

This Code of Conduct forms the basis for all national and international business relationships involving the use of the seal between Live Forever Young and its partners, suppliers, and production facilities. It applies both directly to the aforementioned groups of people and to other parties employed or commissioned by the business partners who are involved in the production of goods. Upon entering into a legal transaction, the business partners guarantee that they will adhere to the principles set forth in this Code of Conduct.

  • 2 Based on applicable law

All business partners must comply with applicable national and international laws and maintain minimum industry standards. The most stringent standards should be preferred; this also applies to these guidelines. All forms of corruption, fraud, and bribery are prohibited.

  • 3 Respect for human dignity

Respect for human dignity is the central pillar of this agreement, as it is the prerequisite for any human coexistence. It must be respected at all times by all parties involved.

  • 4 Prohibition of discrimination

Any form of discrimination against a supplier, agent, service provider, employee, or applicant based on gender, color, age, tribal affiliation, language, dialect, race, ethnicity, indigenous minority, or disability is prohibited.

  • 5 Prohibition of child labor

Under the laws of many countries, children are considered minors until they reach the age of 15, or until they later complete compulsory schooling. Child labor is the employment of children in any type of work. Child labor is strictly prohibited. Every business partner must ensure compliance with this prohibition.

  • 6 Prohibition of forced labor and disciplinary measures

All forms of forced labor are prohibited. Physical, psychological, sexual, or verbal violence, the imposition of sanctions or fines, or other disciplinary measures are also prohibited.

  • 7 Compliance with working conditions and remuneration

Business partners must comply with national labor and social security standards. Compensation must be equal to the legal minimum wage or the minimum wage commonly prescribed in the industry. This should enable the worker to earn a living. Indigenous peoples (tribal members, ethnic minorities) must receive equal pay and full access to all benefits that a worker in the country would receive.

  • 8 Safety and health at work

The health and safety of employees in the workplace must be ensured. Business partners must take precautions to prevent accidents and health damage as far as possible.

  • 9 Commitment of business partners

Each business partner guarantees to implement the social standards set out here in his organization and to demand the same from his business partners.

  • 10 Termination of business relationships

Live Forever Young reserves the right to terminate the contractual relationship with business partners if serious violations of this Code of Conduct are discovered and the respective business partner fails to take appropriate corrective action. Sufficient time will be given to implement such corrective action. In the event of such termination, the partner will lose the right to use the 'Seal of Tribal Support' on their products or in any public materials.

  • 11 Management Responsibility

Live Forever Young management is responsible for monitoring the implementation of this Code of Conduct and will do everything in its power to ensure that partnerships are maintained only with those companies that adhere to this Code of Conduct, which is set out in this Letter of Commitment.

  • 12 quality seals

This is a seal awarded to partners that LFY deems honest, reliable, and sincere in their beliefs, actions, and thinking regarding tribal support and the inclusion of Indigenous peoples. Approval to use the seal on product packaging or in public relations materials is contingent upon the partners' sincere commitment to supporting tribal communities and their adherence to and respect for the rules defined in this document.

We will monitor this very strictly. And we are committed to it. We stand with our name and reputation for supporting tribes and the inclusion of Indigenous peoples.

We believe in inclusive societies and communities.
